We stand behind the quality of our product with a lifetime warranty. If your Zapper ever breaks, malfunctions, or stops working, we'll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with a description of the issue. We'll provide you with a return shipping label to send the item back to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll either repair or replace it and send it back to you as quickly as possible.
For defective, broken, or malfunctioning items covered under warranty, we may provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. Upon receipt and inspection, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion. A replacement item will be shipped to you once we've received the original product.
If you request a refund for an item purchased at an in-person event and the event has concluded, you may return the item to us. After we receive it, we will issue you a store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used on our website.
In some cases, especially for low-cost items, we may issue a refund without requiring a return. This is at our discretion and is handled on a case-by-case basis.
